Satish Pillai

Managing Director

As a Management Post Graduate from the very reputed SJMSOM, IIT (Indian Institute Of Technology, Bombay) and an ex-entrepreneurship alumnus of the reputed management institute in Mumbai, “SP Jain Institute of Management & Research”, Satish comes with great experience within the Call Center industry. He's a graduate of Psychology from the University of Mumbai. With the start of his career in BPO's around the early BPO years of 2003 – 2004 while the Call Center Outsourcing industry was rapidly growing, he saw great potential in the industry across various sub-domains. Since then he's worked at several reputed firms such as Godrej Upstream (erstwhile Lawkim), Sutherland Global Services (erstwhile Adventity), ICAN BPO, etc. During his tenure across various Contact Centers, Satish has worked in several positions accomplishing the roles of Sales Representative, Quality Analyst, Trainer, Assistant Manager, Quality & Compliance Manager, etc.

Satish's passion is building an ownership culture, investing significant time building a business literate team which knows how to deliver stunning results that Redefine Performance Metrics!

During his overall career, he has won several organizational awards for outstanding performance contributing towards business excellence. He is a UK Quality Council accredited Six Sigma professional and is also a certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from the reputed Quality Assurance & Management Certification body “TUV NORD”, Germany. He is further a PMP - Facilitator Training Certified Management Professional too.

Sachin Borade

Director - Technology & Strategy

Having started his career with  leading outsourcing service provider ‘eClerx India’, Sachin was responsible to manage End-point security and was completely assigned the role of analyzing gaps and evaluating support services for the organization. Having gained significant experience, he soon moved over to leading media services provider ‘Mid-Day Multimedia Limited’. With a team of 20 professional engineers, he was entrusted here with the huge responsibility of managing Service Level expectations for the overall site including Asset Management, Vendor Management & Network Management. It is during this period that he made notable contribution towards establishing ITIL processes including Problem Management, Change Management & Security Management.

Soon after, he moved over to work with ‘Sutherland Global Services’, erstwhile ‘Adventity’, where he was required to manage IT services for the its International Voice Operations. Delivering to his best, he thereafter moved over to ‘ICAN BPO Pvt. Ltd.’ where he was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the overall IT services for both International & Domestic Voice operations.

With an overall experience of over 10 years, he has been instrumental in managing several different types of IT infrastructure optimizing the best of his resource network and has ensured meeting and exceeding client service expectations consistently.

He's an IT graduate from the University of Sikkim Manipal and has several industry known certifications such as MCP, CNE, CCNA and ITIL to this credit.
